What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through this site:

• The contact form: your name, email, company if you give it, and your message.
• The People Score, if you ask for your one-pager: your first name, work email, company, your answers and your results.

Taking the People Score without asking for the one-pager sends us nothing. Your answers stay in your browser.

How we use it

To reply to you and to send what you asked for. If you start a conversation with us, we keep a record of it so we can pick it up where we left off.

Who sees it

Sarah and Mary Byrd-LoFrese, and no one else at the firm. We do not sell, rent or share your information. Our website host, Netlify, processes form submissions so they can reach our inbox, and our email and records run on the business software we use day to day.

Site analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the site, such as which pages are read and where people stop. It does not tell us who you are.

Your choice

Email sarah@hrcollaborativepartners.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.

Client information

Anything shared during an engagement is covered by our client agreement and kept confidential, separate from this site.
